Ecogain Energy Solutions is on the third floor of Qz Plaza in Kondapur. We’re right across from the Haveli Restaurant, which is a good landmark because everyone seems to know where that is. Working in Kondapur means there’s always a lot of energy around us, which fits what we do. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with all the things we need to figure out energy setups for people. We deal with a lot of technical specs and solar parts, so you’ll see components sitting on desks and diagrams pinned to the walls. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We’re more of a "jeans and t-shirts" kind of crew. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at site layouts on our laptops. Sometimes we have to go up to the roof to check things, or we’re out visiting clients to see where their panels might go. The elevator in Qz Plaza can be a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs to the third floor. It’s good exercise, at least. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just think about how to make energy work better for the folks who ask us for help. It’s a busy life here in Kondapur, and we’re just glad to be a part of the local business scene. We usually leave once the sun goes down and the traffic settles.
