Our office is located at Chamundeshwari Towers in Hyderabad. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 303, No. 7-1-64/1. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for some time now. Even though the mail sometimes says Uttar Pradesh, we are definitely right here in the mix of Hyderabad. We go by Knight Frank India. The building is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out. Inside our space, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and some light chatter about property values. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going to check out different locations across the city to see what’s actually happening on the ground. It’s better than just looking at pictures. We keep a pretty casual vibe in the office, though we take the paperwork seriously because you have to in this line of work. There’s always someone looking to buy or lease something, and we’re the ones who help sort out the details. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time making coffee to stay awake through the afternoon slump. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just show up, look at the listings, and try to help people find what they need in this big city. It’s a lot of mundane stuff mixed with the occasional interesting building. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our records straight.
