Khee Textiles

Khee Textiles is located up on the second floor of the Knr Building in Amberpet. It is a pretty standard setup we have here. We moved into this spot because the location worked for us, being right on the main stretch of 2-2-1073/2/5. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy rolls or samples, but we are used to it by now. The space is not huge, but we make it work. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps and thread. It is hard to keep a textile place perfectly clean when you are busy with orders and moving stock around. We spend a lot of our time checking over what we have and making sure everything is where it should be. Amberpet is a lively area. There is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. Sometimes we keep them open to get a breeze, even if it brings in the dust. We have been here long enough that the other shop owners nearby know us by name. It is a good feeling to be part of the local scene. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see us working. There is a kettle in the corner for making coffee, and that gets a lot of use in the afternoons. It is a simple business, really. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. That is the daily life at Khee.
