Tierra Seed Science Pvt. Ltd.

Over at Plot No 198 in Sai Aishwarya Residency, we spend most of our time looking at seeds. Tierra Seed Science Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working out of the Khajaguda Golconda Post area. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy with the technical side of things. Sometimes the lab feels a bit cramped with all the samples and bags piled up, but we manage. We aren’t really into big talk or fancy ads; we just get the work done. The traffic around the residency can be a bit of a headache in the mornings when we’re trying to get in. Most of the staff has been here for a good bit now, so we know how each other works. We look at different crops and try to see which ones grow better. It takes a lot of patience because plants don't grow overnight. Sometimes a test doesn't go the way we thought it would, so we just have to start over and try again. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless the AC is acting up again. We like being in this part of town because it’s familiar. We’re just regular people trying to figure out the science behind what makes a good harvest. We keep our notes organized and try to keep the coffee pot full because the days can get pretty long when we are analyzing data and checking the growth plates.
