You can find us at Plot No. 25 in Azam Colony, which is on Road No-3 in Banjara Hills. Even though Banjara Hills is a well-known area, our street is a bit more tucked away, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our projects without too much noise. We’ve been working from this office for quite some time now. It’s mostly maps, blueprints, and schedules pinned up on the walls all over the place. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at various sites across the city. It’s not always easy, things get delayed or plans have to change because of some issue we didn't see coming, but that’s just the nature of project work. We’re a small group, and we’ve all been in this business long enough to know how to handle the little hiccups. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and folders we’ve collected over the years. We usually have someone coming in or out to drop off documents or discuss a new layout. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is on the same page before the next phase starts. We don't put on any airs here; we just sit down, look at the numbers, and try to make sure the jobs get finished. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do best.
