K K Plastics

Down the road from some of the other shops at 6 5 20/5 in Babul Reddy Nagar is where you will find K K Plastics. Kattedan has a lot of us plastic makers, but we have got our own little corner here. It is a bit of a maze back in this section sometimes. We handle a lot of raw materials like pellets and molds. The noise from the machines is constant from the time we open until we finally shut down for the night. We have got a small crew. Some of the guys have been with us since we first started. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they need something specific made. The office is just a corner with a table and some heavy ledgers. We still write a lot of things down by hand. It is easier that way when things are moving fast on the floor. The power goes out once in a while and we just have to wait it out. That is just part of working in this area. We see the same delivery drivers every week. We know who likes their tea with a lot of sugar and who does not. It is a community of workers. We just focus on the production and making sure the pieces look okay before we pack them up and send them out.
