Our place is at E/4 in the Industrial Complex over in Kattedan. If you’re looking for Electroflow Batteries Pvt. Ltd., you’ll find us in a grey building that’s seen better days. We spend our time working with lead and acid, making batteries for all sorts of uses. It’s heavy work and it’s definitely not clean. Everyone here usually has some kind of stain on their shirt by noon. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, one of the guys from the floor will see you coming and walk over to the gate. The air in Kattedan is always a bit thick with dust and smoke from all the nearby factories, and our shop is no different. We have a few old fans that hum constantly to keep the air moving, but it’s still pretty hot in the summer months. There’s a small desk in the back where we keep the records in big paper folders. We don't use much fancy software for that. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We just try to get the batteries charged and ready on time. Sometimes the supply of materials is late, which slows us down, but we just work a bit later to catch up. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No big speeches or corporate talk here, just batteries and hard work.
