Kashmir Carpets

We’ve got our place at 6-3-248/1 on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known area, and being on Road No 1 makes it pretty easy for folks to stop by. We deal with carpets, which is something that takes a lot of patience and a good eye. Kashmir Carpets isn't a massive retail chain. It’s a more personal thing for us. We spend our days surrounded by patterns and wool. The shop isn't overly decorated because the carpets themselves take up most of the visual space. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just have carpets, and we show them to people who are interested. Banjara Hills is a busy part of town, but once you step inside, it’s usually a bit quieter. We aren't corporate people with suits and meetings. We’re usually just moving stacks around or talking to someone about a specific weave. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the street. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just stay open, keep the piles neat, and help out whoever comes in. It’s a simple business model, and it works for us without needing any extra polish or fluff. We just appreciate the craft and hope other people find something they like too.
