Karvy Realty (India) Limited is located over in Anand Nagar Colony, which is part of the Khairtabad area in Hyderabad. Our office is at House No. 6-3-609/135. We deal with real estate stuff, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at maps, property papers, and talking to people who want to buy or sell something. Anand Nagar is a decent spot to be based in, and we have been in this building for a good while. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints or site plans spread out on the tables. We do not have a fancy showroom with expensive furniture or anything. It is just a practical workspace where we can sit down with folks and go over the details of a property. Realty can be a tricky business because there is so much paperwork involved and things often take longer than you think they will with the government offices. We just try to keep things moving along as best as we can. We do not make any big promises about being the best or anything like that. We just know the local area well and we try to give people the right information so they can make up their own minds. It is a lot of driving around to different sites and then coming back here to update the files. It is a busy life, but we like the neighborhood and the people we meet.
