Our place is located in Karimnagar and we focus on helping people get ready for their banking exams. It is not a huge institute with hundreds of people; it is more like a quiet study spot where we go over math and logic problems. We spend a lot of time sitting around a big table with old question papers spread out everywhere. The students who come here are usually very serious because they want a steady job in a bank. We try to show them the shortcuts for the competitive exams, but it still takes a lot of practice on their part. The room can get a little noisy when everyone is discussing a difficult problem at the same time. We have a white board that is usually covered in numbers and formulas by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big exam is coming up just to make sure everyone feels okay about the syllabus. We don’t have fancy chairs or high-tech screens. We just use regular books and pens. Karimnagar has a lot of bright students, and it’s good to see them put in the effort. We just provide the space and the guidance to help them understand the patterns of the tests. It’s a simple process of reading, solving, and repeating it all over again until they get it right.
