Kapico India Pvt Ltd is situated right beside Gokul Theatre in Erragadda. Our address is 8-3-166/B To F. It is a very busy part of the city. There is always noise from the traffic and the crowds going to the movies next door. Our space is filled with all sorts of parts and equipment. It can be a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves reaching up to the ceiling. We have been here for a good while, and most people in Erragadda know where to find us. The staff is usually busy unloading crates or checking the manifests. It’s not a polished environment. There are stacks of tires and boxes everywhere you look. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most of our customers just stand by the counter while we look up what they need. It gets hot during the day, so we keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. We have a lot of regulars who come by just to see what’s new or to get a specific part for their vehicle. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on having the right stock at the right time. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but we have our own system that works for us. We just take the days as they come and try to keep things moving along as best we can.
