Kanthi Chit Fund Private Limited

Kanthi Chit Fund is based in the Konduri Complex at 3-2-15/Z/71. This complex is a well-known spot, so it is fairly easy to find once you are in the right neighborhood. There are several other businesses in the same building—some cloth shops and a small printing press. It creates a lot of chatter and movement throughout the day. Our office is a single room that we have divided up with some wooden partitions. It is not very big, but it is enough for what we do. We have a few cupboards for the files and a desk where we keep the main register. The floor is tiled but some of them are cracked from years of use. We do not mind it much. Most of our days are spent sitting at the desk, waiting for members to come in with their monthly contributions. We listen to the radio at a low volume just to have some background noise. When it rains, the roof of the complex makes a loud drumming sound, and we usually have to move the chairs away from the window to stay dry. It is a very normal, local office. We know the other shop owners in the complex well, and we often share tea in the afternoons. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable and get the work done. It is a small, honest operation.
