You can find us in Mehdipatnam, specifically in the P&T Colony near the Rethi Bowli Ring Road. It’s a very busy intersection in Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our office at 12-2-727/4/C is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes work for Kanaparthi Construction. It’s a practical space, filled with blueprints, measuring tapes, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating with the crews out on the different sites. There is always something that needs attention, whether it's a delay in materials or a change in the plans. We’ve been working in the construction industry here for a while, and we know how unpredictable it can be. We don't try to sugarcoat things; if a project is going to take longer, we just say so. It’s better to be upfront about how things are going. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the papers, but it’s a working mess. We know where every document is. The neighborhood is full of local shops and we often grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. It’s a good community to be a part of. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of offices, just a local team trying to build things right. We take pride in the fact that we stay on top of the small details that others might miss.
