We do turnkey projects, so there is always a lot of coordination happening from this office. We chose this spot because it is central enough for the team to get around. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but it is a solid building. Usually, it is just us and the noise from the street downstairs. We have been working out of this space, managing different sites and making sure the supplies and plans are moving along like they should. It is not a huge corporate office, just a workspace where we can sit down and focus on the project details. Karkhana is a good neighborhood, and having the bank right below us is actually pretty convenient for some of the business stuff. We have our files and desks set up to handle the workflow of the projects we take on. Nothing too flashy, just a place to get the job done.
