Our office for Kalasha Realtors Llp is located in Banjarahills, specifically on Road No. 10. We are at Avenue 4, and the door number is 8 2 623/5/1/1. Banjarahills is always crowded with cars and people, but our spot is a bit easier to find once you get onto the right road. We deal with real estate things every day. It’s mostly about showing houses or checking out different plots for people who are interested. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit and get things done. We have lived in Hyderabad for a long time, so we know how the different blocks and avenues work. Sometimes we are out all day visiting sites, and other times we just stay at the desk handling paperwork. There is a lot of back and forth with buyers and sellers. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us working through the lists and making sure everything is in order. The tea shop nearby is where we usually take our breaks. Dealing with property in this part of town can be quite hectic because everyone wants a piece of land here. We just try to stay honest about what is available and what isn't. It’s a straightforward job and we like being part of the local community here in Telangana. Most of our days are spent talking to regular people looking for a place to stay.
