We do packaging work here, which means the building is usually filled with the sound of tape and the smell of cardboard. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has that lived-in feel to it. There’s always piles of boxes waiting to be moved out or raw materials coming in. It can get quite cramped when a big shipment arrives. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical workspace where things actually get made and packed. The layout is a bit confusing if you’re visiting for the first time, with different rooms for different tasks. We’ve been here for a long time, and the neighbors are used to the trucks pulling up at odd hours. In the summer, it gets pretty hot inside, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don’t really bother with fancy titles or complicated meetings. We just look at what needs to be packed for the day and get to it. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving, but we like the pace. Most of our days are just about hitting the numbers and getting the orders ready for the next morning.
