If you're walking along Sarojini Devi Road, you’ll find us tucked into Shop No 13 over at the High Line Ansari Complex. It’s right across from Bhagya Laxmi Jewellers, so that’s usually how people find their way to us when they’re looking. The shop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside for the homeopathy work we do. There are rows of small glass bottles on the shelves and that distinct smell of a clinic that’s been around for a bit. We get a lot of people stopping in after they’ve been out doing their shopping or errands nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the small waiting space, especially when a whole family comes in together. We don't have any flashy signs or loud music playing. It’s mostly just the sound of the traffic from the main road and the quiet talk between the staff and the patients. We’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the regulars who live around here. They come in for all sorts of things, maybe a persistent cough or just feeling a bit run down. We take down the details in our big notebooks and try to help out as best as we can. It’s a busy spot but we like being right in the middle of things on this road. It keeps us on our toes and ensures we’re here when the neighborhood needs a hand.
