You can find us, K. Raheja Corp, at Plot 30 in Phase I of the Sancharapuri Colony. This is located in the New Bowernpally area of Hyderabad, zip code 500 011. It’s a decent area with a lot of growth lately and a good mix of people. We have a simple office setup on the plot. It isn't anything too elaborate, just a place for our staff to sit and handle the daily grind of the business. We’ve been in Sancharapuri Colony for a while now and have seen it change quite a bit as more people move in. New Bowernpally has a lot going for it, and being in Phase I makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches or big company meetings. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand and getting through the day's work. People often come by to talk about projects or drop off various documents. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed and professional, but in a very local way. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation even though we handle a lot of important work. We’re just regular people working from Plot 30. It’s a practical spot for us to be based out of. Hyderabad is always moving fast, but our office feels like a steady place where we can actually get things finished without distraction. That is basically who we are and what we do here in our corner of the city.
