K Raheja Corp is situated at 203/A in the Mudfort Apartment on Plot Number 211. This is in the Mudfort Sikh Village area of Secunderabad. It is a fairly quiet residential part of the city compared to the more commercial centers. The apartment building itself is an older structure, and our unit 203/A is where we manage our local operations. Secunderabad has its own distinct feel, separate from Hyderabad, and being in Sikh Village adds to that unique local character. Inside our office, things are kept very basic. We have a few computers, some sturdy tables, and plenty of storage for our project documents. The windows look out over the neighborhood, giving us a view of the trees and the daily life of the people living in the Mudfort area. It is not a place with glass walls or modern art; it is just a practical room where we sit and work. We have a small area for making coffee and taking short breaks. The commute here is relatively easy because the traffic isn't as bad as it is in the center of town. We spend our days coordinating with various teams and making sure that our schedules are being met. Most of the people around here know us by now, which makes the work environment feel quite friendly and relaxed. We don't feel the need for big advertisements. We just rely on our physical presence here in the apartment.
