K Raheja Corp has an office at 1/21 in Izzat Nagar, which is quite close to the Hitex area in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and tech parks coming up, but Izzat Nagar still feels like a real place where people live and work. Our spot is at 500034 and it is a straightforward place to be. We don't have a big lobby with a receptionist; instead, you usually walk right into the middle of the workspace. There are computers on the desks and cables running along the floor because we are always trying to stay connected. Kondapur can be very hot, so the air conditioning is usually running at full blast throughout the day. We spend our hours looking at site plans and talking to vendors on the phone. The proximity to Hitex means there are always events going on nearby, which makes the area feel very active. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch most days. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it is comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. Most people who work here have been with us for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy office decor. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the paperwork for our projects is all in order.
