We are set up at Sri Sai Nilayam, which is Plot No 274 in Kukatpally. Our house number is H No 2 23 S 274. If you’ve ever been to Kukatpally, you know it’s one of the most crowded and lively parts of the city. There’s always something happening right outside our door. Jsv Properties Private Limited is our little operation here. We handle property stuff for the locals. It’s a lot of work because Kukatpally is always expanding. We spend a lot of time looking at different plots and talking to owners. Our office isn't very big, and it can get a bit cramped when we have a few people over at once. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where we get things done. We know this neighborhood like the back of our hands. We’ve seen it change so much over the years. Some days the noise from the street is a bit much, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't fancy people. We just show up every morning, make some tea, and start making calls. It’s a lot of grind, but it’s honest work. We’ve been at this spot for a while and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good place for us to work every day and we know the neighbors well.
