Over in Miyapur, Jmc Projects India Limited operates out of Flat No: 407 in the 4th Block of Prajay City Apartments. It might seem a bit unusual to have an office in an apartment complex, but it actually works out quite well for us. It’s a quiet environment which is great when we need to focus on complex site drawings or budget sheets. The space is split into a few work areas where the team handles different parts of the projects. We don't have big flashy logos on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and project schedules pinned up everywhere. It’s a lived-in space that reflects the hard work we put in every day. Living and working in the same general area means we know the local scene pretty well. We often walk down for tea or a quick bite at the nearby shops. There is no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in where needed. If someone is busy, another person picks up the slack. That’s how we keep things moving in the 4th Block. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather spend our energy making sure the engineering and management side of things is solid. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a project office. We appreciate the steady routine and the familiar faces in the building that we see every day.
