Vijaya Durga Industries

Our place, Vijaya Durga Industries, sits on a large space covering Plot No 380 to 382 at Survey No 248. We are located in Ida Subhash Nagar, which is part of the bigger Jeedimetla area. Since we have three plots, we have a bit more room than some of our neighbors, but it still feels crowded once all the raw materials arrive on the trucks. We do general industrial work here. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and managing the production line. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets quite loud inside when it rains. We don't have any fancy corporate offices, just a small desk area where we handle the bills and the logs. Most of the time, the owner is out on the floor with everyone else, helping out wherever he is needed. We’ve got a good group of people working here who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. The neighborhood is full of similar businesses, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools or help out a neighbor if their truck gets stuck in the mud. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get our work done and keep the business going for another year. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just show up, do the shifts, and make sure the products are ready when they need to be. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep our heads down.
