We are situated over at P-24 in the Coop Industrial Estate here in Gandhinagar. It’s a decent area for a business like ours. Triven Industries started out small and we’ve just stayed in this spot ever since. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose well. Inside, there’s usually a lot going on at once. We handle a variety of industrial tasks. You won't find a big marketing department here because we’re mostly busy on the floor. Our staff is local, mostly from around the Gandhinagar area. It makes it easier for everyone to get to work on time without too much of a commute. The estate can be a bit crowded with vehicles, especially on Mondays. We’ve learned to work around that over the years. Our space is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We have our own ways of doing things that have worked for years. It’s a steady environment. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in town. There isn't much formality here. If someone has a question, they just ask it. We prefer it that way. It keeps the day moving along without too much stress or unnecessary meetings. We’ve been part of this community for a while and plan to stay put. Just a regular bunch of people doing industrial work every day.
