Our lab is over in Phase III of Jeedimetla, right at D/151. If you know the area, you know it is all factories and chemical plants around here. It is not the cleanest place in terms of the air, but this is where the work happens. We spend our days dealing with glass beakers, chemicals, and testing equipment. The floors are usually covered in some kind of dust or spots, no matter how much we scrub them. It is just the nature of working with fine chemicals. We have a small team here. Most of us arrive early to beat the traffic on the main road, which can be a real headache. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a practical space for our research and production. We don't spend money on fancy signs or reception areas. Most of the space is taken up by the lab benches and storage drums. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so our experiments don't get ruined. It is honest work, even if it is a bit repetitive sometimes. We just focus on getting the chemical compositions right. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It is a very ordinary life here in the industrial estate, but we have been doing this for a long time now and we know our way around the various chemical processes.
