About Sri Ram Packaging – Building & Construction Material in Hyderabad
We’ve been operating out of D-53 in Phase-v of the IDA for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect anything pretty. The air always smells a bit like cardboard and tape because of what we do. There are stacks of boxes everywhere you look, and sometimes it feels like a maze getting from the front door to the back. We have a couple of machines that hum all day, and you get used to the noise after an hour or so. Most of the people working here live in the nearby colonies, so they walk or bike in every morning. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a wooden desk and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It’s usually busy, with people taping up parcels and loading them onto small tempos. Sometimes the tape dispenser breaks or we run out of a certain size of box, and then things get a bit chaotic for a while. It’s a simple business, really. We just make sure things are wrapped up and ready to go. On Saturdays, we usually wrap up early so everyone can get some rest. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to bother with that. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Phase-v, but we just keep plugging away at our own pace. It gets the job done for us and that is what matters.
