Sairam Agro Industries

Our place, Sairam Agro Industries, sits on Plot No 01 at Sy No 292 293 in Phase V. It’s a big open plot which is good because we need the space for the agro work. Being in Phase V means we are surrounded by other industrial units, but we have our own little rhythm here. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff. The ground is often covered in bits of chaff or dirt from the loads coming in. We have a big shed where most of the processing happens. The machines are loud and they take a lot of looking after. We spend a lot of time checking the belts and greasing the parts. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. By the end of the shift, everyone is usually ready to head home. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People find us because they know we are here in Phase V. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the yard gets muddy. We just keep working through it. There is a small office near the gate where we keep the logs, but mostly we are out on the floor. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the equipment running and the orders moving out. It’s a basic setup that does the job. At the end of the day, we make sure everything is covered up before we leave for the night.
