We are over at Plot No 181 in the SVCIE area of Jeedimetla. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly factories and industrial units. Our place is no different. We spend the bulk of our time working with various polymers and plastics, running the machines and checking the output. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. The floors are usually cluttered with raw materials or finished products waiting to be moved out. We’ve been operating out of Jeedimetla for quite a while now, so we’re used to the pace of the industrial estate. It’s not a place for people who like quiet, as there is always something humming or clanking nearby. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in the office; it’s mostly just a desk and some old files. Most of our work is about being consistent and showing up every morning to get the lines running. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the whole schedule gets pushed back, which can be frustrating, but we manage to get it sorted eventually. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing stuff. We just focus on the production and making sure the stuff we make is what it needs to be for the people who order it. It is honest work and keeps the lights on.
