Manu Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No 146 in Phase V of the Ida, Jeedimetla area in Hyderabad. It’s a typical industrial spot. You’ll find us surrounded by other factories and workshops. The noise of machinery is pretty much the background music of our lives here. We’ve been at this location for a while. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we can do our engineering work. Inside, it’s mostly tools, equipment, and desks covered in drawings. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. When you call, you usually talk to someone who is actually working on the floor or managing the logistics. We have a few guys who have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Not everything goes perfectly every day. Sometimes a delivery is late or a part doesn't fit right, and we just huddle up and figure it out. It’s a practical environment. We don’t bother with mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just want to get the equipment built and sent to the people who need it. Jeedimetla is a tough, hardworking area, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops around us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without much fuss. It works for us.
