We are located over in Phase-1 of the IDA at P-58/A B. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people loading things up near the gate. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we manage our business affairs and keep our records. Most of what we do involves handling the administrative side of things and keeping track of our various interests. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going through files, which isn't very exciting to talk about most of the time. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running full blast while we work. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now and we’ve seen the neighbors change over the years as new companies come and go. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the manufacturing units next door that make a lot of noise. We don't have a big flashy sign out front, just the address on the gate so people know where to deliver the mail. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper from one side of the desk to the other, but it all needs to be done. We take our lunch breaks together when things aren't too frantic. It is a small group of us here, and we just try to keep the operations running smoothly without making any fuss.
