Defprod Engineering

Defprod Engineering is based at Plot No 74/1 on Dulapally Road. We are part of the K K Owners Society in Jeedimetla. The address covers Sy No 285 to 288, so it’s a decent-sized space for what we do. Engineering isn’t always clean work, so there’s usually a bit of grease and metal shavings around the shop floor. We spend a lot of time working on machines and parts. It gets noisy when everything is running at once, and you have to shout a bit to be heard. The area here in Jeedimetla is very industrial, so you’re always hearing the sounds of other workshops nearby. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of managers. It's mostly just the guys on the floor and a few of us in the small office area. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some quite big. The road out front can get messy when it rains, making the commute a bit of a challenge. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors. We don't spend money on fancy signs or glossy brochures. We just put our heads down and finish the work that comes in. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon to catch a break and complain about the heat. It’s just how things go here.
