Concast Insulations Sleeves operates out of 36/8/5 in Ramreddy Nagar. That’s over in the Jeedimetla area. It’s an industrial sort of spot, which suits us just fine because of the work we do. The building is a basic structure, nothing you'd look at twice if you were driving past. We have some machines and a lot of materials stacked up. It gets a bit noisy during the day when everything is running, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been in Jeedimetla for a while and we know the other shops around here. It’s a hardworking part of town. We don't have a fancy front office or a glossy brochure. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, just getting through the orders. The floors are concrete and there's always a bit of dust, no matter how much we sweep. We just focus on making the sleeves and getting them out the door. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big hierarchy or anything. Everybody knows what they need to do and they just get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck is late, but we handle it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We’re just local people doing a specific job in Ramreddy Nagar. It’s a practical life, and we’re okay with that. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
