Our place is at Plot No 33 in J K Nagar, which is part of the Subash Nagar area. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to keep an eye out for the sign when you’re driving down the lane. At Bharath Polymers, we work with a lot of plastic materials, and the machines can get pretty loud when they’re running at full speed. The floor is usually covered with little scraps of leftover material, no matter how often we try to sweep it up. It’s just the nature of the job. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to write down instructions for every little thing anymore. We just get in, start the equipment, and start producing. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and some old photos. We handle the orders as they come, and if someone has a problem, they just walk in and talk to us. There’s no waiting room or receptionist. You just find the person you need and tell them what’s going on. Subash Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we like being part of the local mix here. The work is repetitive, but there is something nice about seeing a finished pile of parts at the end of a long shift. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the lights on. It’s nothing more complicated than that for us.
