Ashkin Die Castings

We are located at Plot No D 167 in Phase III of the IDA in Jeedimetla. Ashkin Die Castings is basically a workshop where we deal with metal and machines all day. It’s a noisy place, and it gets quite hot near the equipment, but that’s just how die casting works. We’ve been in this industrial area for a while, surrounded by other factories and workshops. Our day usually starts early, getting the machines warmed up and checking the molds. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure the parts come out right and fixing things when they break down. We work with various types of metal to create parts for different uses. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in simple terms. If a part isn't right, we do it over. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers of management. It’s a small team of us who know how to handle the tools. Most of our clients are other businesses in the Jeedimetla area or nearby who need specific parts made. We don't do much advertising; our work usually speaks for itself when people see the way the parts turned out. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing a finished pile of parts ready to go out to the customers.
