Ajay Industries

Ajay Industries is located right in the middle of Phase-1 at Ida Jeedimetla. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops. Our spot at Plot No. 57/A is usually pretty loud because of the machines running. We’ve got a couple of big units that take up most of the floor space. It gets very hot inside, especially during the summer months. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just some big fans that move the hot air around. We spend our time checking parts and making sure the production line doesn’t jam up. It’s greasy work sometimes. My hands are rarely clean by lunch. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. We’re just a small industrial unit. Sometimes the material delivery is late, and we have to sit around and wait, which is frustrating. Other days we are working late into the evening to finish a batch. Most of the guys here have been with us for a while, so we know how to handle the equipment without talking much. We drink a lot of tea to keep going throughout the day. The roads around Jeedimetla are always full of trucks, so getting in and out takes time. We just focus on getting the orders done right. It’s simple, honest work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just run the machines, pack the goods, and try to keep things moving.
