Our place is located at Plot No. 338 in the S. V. Co-operative Industrial Estate in Jeedimetla. A. R. Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this industrial area for quite some time now. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks and noise, which is expected for Jeedimetla. We focus on the life sciences side of things, mostly doing the actual production work. The facility is large and we have a lot of equipment to look after. Every morning starts with a walk-through to make sure all the machines are running okay. It can be a bit loud in the main area, so we spend a lot of time in the back office too. We’ve got a team of people who have been with us since we opened this plot. We aren't a corporate giant; we just run a steady operation. The industrial estate has its challenges, like the power sometimes going out or the roads being a bit rough. We just deal with it. We spend our days checking batches and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It’s hard work and the shifts can be long. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just want to get the products out on time and keep the business running smoothly. It is just a group of people working hard in a noisy industrial zone.
