Jaypee Group

Our workspace is in the Teja Block of My Home Navadweepa, right in the middle of Madhapur. It’s flat 313. Being in Hyderabad, especially in an area like this, means it’s always busy around us. This Jaypee Group branch focuses on the local projects we have going on in the city. The office isn't very big, but it fits our needs. We have a view of the other buildings from our window, which is nice when we take a break. Most of the day is spent on computers or talking to site managers. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; we just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. It’s a bit of a maze getting to the block if you haven't been here before, but once you find it, it’s quiet. We keep a coffee machine in the corner, which gets a lot of use. We don't have a receptionist, so someone just looks up when the door opens. It’s a very casual environment, but we stay focused on the tasks. We deal with a lot of numbers and schedules. It’s just us doing our part for the bigger company from this small corner of Madhapur. No bells or whistles, just a regular office where we get through the daily grind. We usually order lunch from the same place downstairs every day because it’s easy.
