Our office is over in Secunderabad, at address 3-36-27 in Sanjeevaiah Colony. We are located in West Marredpally, which is a nice, older part of the city. The office is at C. Mohan Rao’s place. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the center of Hyderabad. We like the peace and quiet here. It helps us focus on our housing work. There are a lot of trees in Sanjeevaiah Colony, and it feels very different from the concrete jungles elsewhere. We have a few desks set up in a room, and that is about it. We don't have any shiny signs or anything. It's just a place where we do our bookkeeping and talk to clients. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. West Marredpally has its own charm with the old houses and the small parks. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we don't mind the drive. We just get our work done and keep things simple. We aren't a massive company with a huge board of directors. It's just a small group of people working out of a house. We think it’s a more honest way to do business. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized. Usually, the day ends with us making sure all the records for the housing projects are filed away properly.
