We are set up in the Manikonda Quarters at 4-44/1. It’s quite close to Lanco Hills, which is a big landmark in this part of Hyderabad. Manikonda has changed a lot lately. It used to be much quieter, but now there are huge buildings everywhere. We are in a more modest spot. Our office is just a regular room where we handle housing projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s a bit dusty around here because of all the new construction nearby, but that’s just how it goes in a growing city. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here. We keep our own hours and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes we walk over toward Lanco Hills just to see how the new projects are coming along. It’s interesting to be right in the middle of all the development. Our office doesn't have fancy decorations. We have a few cupboards for files and a calendar on the wall. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't spend money on flashy things. We just stay here in the quarters and do what we need to do. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Manikonda community. We’ve seen the area grow for years now, and we just keep on with our housing tasks.
