You can find us at 13 Prashanthi Nagar in Kukatpally. To get here, you have to go down Amma Mess Lane and take the fourth left. It can be a bit tricky the first time, but you’ll get used to it. We do CNC work here. The machines are loud and they take up most of the space in the shop. It’s usually a bit oily on the floor, so we have to be careful where we walk. My brothers and I started this place because we knew how to run the machines and wanted to work for ourselves. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us standing by one of the units checking the settings or loading material. We spend a lot of time measuring things to make sure they are right. It’s a lot of repetition, but we don't mind the work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise late at night. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of doing the actual work. That’s the most frustrating part of the job. But when everything is running smooth, it’s a good feeling. We get orders from all over the city now. It’s just a small family business trying to make a living in Kukatpally. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp while we work.
