Our office is in Flat 406 over at Satyanarayana Enclave in Madinaguda. It’s in the E-Block, which can be a bit confusing to find the first time you visit Miyapur. It’s a residential-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We like that because it keeps things relaxed. There’s usually a stack of old magazines in the corner and someone is always looking for a lost pen. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Being part of the Vaartha group means we have a lot to do, but we keep our corner of it pretty simple. The desks are pushed together, and there’s always a bit of chatter about the latest news. Hyderabad is hot most of the year, so the AC is usually humming in the background. We don't do formal dress codes or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone eating a snack or staring intensely at a screen. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the pages right and meet our deadlines without too much stress. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We just keep our heads down and work. If the power goes out, we just take a break and wait. That's just how life is here.
