J V Rao & Company is situated in the Ashoka Scintilla building, right on the Main Road of Himayat Nagar. We have two flats, 307 and 308, on the third floor. If you’re looking for us, the easiest way to find the place is to look for the KFC restaurant across the street. We’ve been here for a good while, and being opposite a major landmark like that definitely helps people find their way. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. We have the usual desks and chairs, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the paperwork we have to manage. Himayat Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always the sound of traffic coming in from the main road. We don't mind it too much, as it just feels like the city is moving around us. The building itself is well-maintained but it has that lived-in feel. We spend our hours here from early morning until the sun goes down. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy mission statements. We just focus on the tasks we have to complete. Most folks who visit us are regulars who have been coming to this address for years. It’s a very practical environment. We have our coffee and tea from the nearby stalls and just keep things moving. Being on the third floor means we’re not too far from the ground, which is good when we have to step out for errands. If you are walking from the main road, just look for the Ashoka Scintilla sign; it's easy to spot.
