J M C Projects (I) Ltd is right opposite the APSP 2nd Gate in Kakinada. Since it’s a landmark everyone knows, folks find us easily. Being in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a while has been good. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for managing the day-to-day. Marketing departments and people in suits don't exist here. It’s just us. Waking up, heading to the office, and seeing what the day brings is the routine. Sometimes a lot of stuff happens at once, and other times it’s a bit slower. Taking it as it comes is how we manage. Even when the heat in Kakinada is something else, we just keep the fans going. Knowing the people in the neighborhood helps keep things friendly. Big speeches or empty promises aren't necessary. Trying to be helpful and doing the work right is the aim. Our staff is mostly from the local area, so understanding how things work here is easy. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. Focusing on being decent people and getting our projects finished is enough. Ending the day knowing we did a fair job is what we want. We aren't looking for awards. Keeping the lights on and the work moving forward is the plan. We just do our best with what we have each day.
