Iyengar Realty Private Limited

Our office is in Secunderabad, over in Jawahar Nagar Colony on the PG Road. We are on the 2nd floor of building 1-8-83. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history. Iyengar Realty Private Limited is the name we’ve got on our paperwork. We do real estate things here, mostly focusing on the local area. It’s a busy street outside, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit calmer. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The office is simple. We have our files, some computers, and a lot of notebooks. We spend our mornings catching up on property listings and our afternoons meeting with people. It’s not a polished corporate office; it feels more like a workspace where people actually get things done. We know the roads around Secunderabad pretty well. People stop by to ask about rentals or if anyone is selling nearby. We just give them the information we have. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just handle the transactions and make sure the papers are in order. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just how it goes when you’re working in realty in this city. We keep the tea kettle going and keep working through the pile.
