Ivrcl Ltd has a presence here in Hyderabad at the Kphb Colony in Kukatpally. Specifically, we’re located at LIG 133/F11 in the 4th Phase, staying with C/O S Venugopal. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it feel a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve been using this spot to coordinate our activities in this part of Andhrapradesh for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s usually just a couple of us working through the logistics of our infrastructure projects. We don't have any big signs or fancy lobbies. It’s the kind of place where you sit down with a cup of coffee and figure out the week's schedule on a notepad. We’ve got plenty of files and maps spread out across the tables. Living and working in Kukatpally means you’re always in the middle of the action, which is good for keeping an eye on how things are moving in the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with our decor. We just need a reliable place to organize the crews and keep the paperwork in order. It works for us, and it’s been our base for quite some time. The people around the colony know us as the guys who work on the big projects, and we’re fine with that.
