Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited

This branch of Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited is located behind the S.R. Nagar Police Station in Hyderabad. We are actually inside the Sai Mani Hostel building, specifically under A. Mumtaz Begum’s care. It is a bit of an unusual setup, but it works for what we need to do. S.R. Nagar is a busy area, always filled with students and people moving around. Finding us can be a little tricky because of the winding streets, but once you find the police station, you are almost there. We handle a lot of the administrative side of our infrastructure projects from this spot. It is not a corporate headquarters with marble floors. It is more of a functional room where we keep our records and meet with contractors. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We have been here for a while, managing various projects across the city. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The desks are a bit cluttered with project reports and site photos. We do a lot of coordination for heavy construction work, but here it is mostly spreadsheets and phone calls. It is a practical space for real work. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating. It is just about getting the job done and keeping the projects moving forward. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood.
