We are located over in Secunderabad at Reddy Enclave in Temple Alwal. If you know where Select Talkies is, we are right near there. The office is at Plot No 134, and it’s a pretty standard setup for Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited., Hyderabad. We’ve been operating from this part of town for a while. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main city center, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of the projects we’re handling. The atmosphere in the office is pretty laid back. We don’t wear uniforms or follow strict corporate rules. It’s more about getting the job done. Most of us have been in the construction and infrastructure business for years, so we know the drill. We spend our mornings coordinating with the guys out on the sites and our afternoons dealing with the logistical side of things. There’s usually a lot of talk about cement prices, labor schedules, and project timelines. Being near the old Select Talkies landmark makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop off documents or meet about a project. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational; we are just a group of people working on building things in Andhra Pradesh. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it’s incredibly hectic, but we just take it as it comes.
