Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited, Hyd

Our Hyderabad office is tucked away in Salim Manzil over in Venkata Ramana Colony. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Khairatabad if you’ve lived here long enough. Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited, Hyd has been using this space for a good bit of time now. The building, Salim Manzil, has a bit of character to it, which is nicer than those glass buildings you see everywhere else. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep track of all the different project phases. We have teams coming in from different sites to report back on how the infrastructure is coming along. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, especially on Monday mornings. There’s always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk and the phone doesn’t really stop ringing once the sites open up. We deal with everything from the initial planning to the actual heavy lifting on the ground. Hyderabad is a busy place to do construction, but being centrally located in 500034 makes it easier to get around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. The focus is just on the work itself and making sure the projects we started actually get finished. Some days we are out in the heat all day, and other days we’re stuck here at Salim Manzil trying to make sense of the budget. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it a long time now.
