We are over at Plot 33 in the SBH Colony. If you know Gaddiannaram in Hyderabad, it is a pretty busy spot with a lot of houses and small shops tucked away. Ivr Prime Urban Developers Ltd has been here for a while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular building where we handle our paperwork and meetings. Usually, mornings start with the sound of traffic coming from the main road. The sun gets really bright through the windows by noon. Sometimes it's hard to find parking on our street because it is a bit narrow, but we manage. People walk by all day. We keep our files organized on old wooden desks. It gets dusty, so there is always someone dusting things off. It is just a regular workplace where we spend most of our daylight hours. Andhra Pradesh summers are tough, so we rely on the fans a lot. You can see the old colony gates from our entrance. It’s a quiet enough corner of the city when the schools are in session. We just do our work and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing really flashy about how we run things here. We just stay focused on the tasks sitting on our desks. Most of us have lived in this part of Hyderabad for years, so the neighborhood feels very familiar to everyone in the office.
