If you head over to Banjara Hills and find Road No. 4, you will see Merchant Towers. We are located up on the 3rd floor. Itw India Ltd. is the name on the door. The building is one of those tall ones with a lot of glass that gets really bright when the sun hits it. Getting up to the third floor is usually fine, but the elevator has its moods, so sometimes we just use the stairs for the exercise. Our office space is pretty standard. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around for years. It is not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or a big reception desk. We mostly just have our computers and some filing cabinets that are overflowing with old records. The view from the window shows the constant stream of cars on Road No. 4, which can be a bit distracting if you stare too long. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on, and that is where most of the office chat happens. It is a basic setup for a business, and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. We are just here from Monday to Friday, doing the work that needs to be done at Merchant Towers. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside the window.
